“WVU News” airs statewide on West Virginia PBS as part of “Campus Connection.” The newscast was awarded first place in the student newscast competition and the BEA “Best of Festival King Foundation Award” at the 2011 BEA Festival of Media Arts. During the Spring 2012 semester, the newscast will air at 12:30 p.m. on the following dates:

• February 12, 2012
• February 26, 2012
• March 11, 2012
• March 25, 2012
• April 8, 2012
• April 22, 2012

The award winning 15-minute newscast also airs Monday through Friday at 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. on Time Warner Cable in North Central West Virginia.
